🚍 Ride in style on a luxury motor coach (your pre-FUN on wheels).
🏨 Check into on-hill digs FOR 1 EPIC NIGHT—literally steps from the lifts. No schlepping here!
🎿 Hit the slopes with lift tickets included. From groomers to Taynton Bowl, we’ve got your winter wonderland covered.
🔥 After the mountain? Soak away your adventures in Canada’s biggest outdoor hot pools or keep the après energy alive at the village pubs.

Itinerary

Concordia Students’ Association heads to Panorama
February 22-23, 2025
*All times are approximate and are subject to change due to road conditions
and other unforeseen circumstances. Times below are in Mountain Standard Time.

Saturday February 22, 2025

0330 hrs: Load Bus -Concordia University (7128 Ada Blvd)
0400 hrs: Buses depart for Panorama
0700 hrs: Calgary break at the Sandman across from COP (125 Bowridge Drive)-Grab a bite to eat/stretch
0730 hrs: Depart Calgary
0930 hrs:Stop at the AB/BC Highway Overpass for a quick stretch. If needed
1030 hrs: Approximate arrival in Panorama Mountain Resort - The Approach (2040 Summit Dr, Panorama, BC V0A 1T0)

*Place to put all baggage. Ski the day and check in is a 4pm

Evening: Head out to T-Bar Pub or, if staying in room, please ensure front and deck doors are closed to avoid noise complaints.

Sunday February 23, 2025

0900 - 1100 hrs: Pack up and move all gear into day rooms (day rooms identified on your check in sheets in your rooms or ask your guides)
0900 hrs: Lifts open Ski/Ride all day
*Ski/Ride safe and STAY IN BOUNDS
1500 hrs: Meet at the T-Bar Pub for Après ski
1530 hrs: Bus available for loading
1600 hrs: Buses departs for Edmonton
1930 hrs: Calgary drop offs and Supper break
2000 hrs: Depart Calgary
2300 hrs: Approximate arrival in Edmonton - Concordia University (Ada Blvd) (make sure you have all your belongings)

Rooms:

2 queen beds - max 4 people in a room
2 queen bed & 2 twin beds - max 6 people in a room

Sharing a bed = sharing a queen sized bed with someone or having a twin bed to yourself.
Bed to yourself = you have a full queen sized bed to yourself.
